We Are Going Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and want the Barrie Colts to as well! #OHL

As most of you know, October is breast cancer awareness month. Last year, we tried to raise awareness to a friends campaign to help raise money for the cause he was sponsoring. For those of you who have followed us for the past you, you may remember we changed the look of the site for the entire month! Of course, this season will be no different.

The CHL is great with raising awareness and funds to help great causes and October is no exception to this rule. Many teams have added pink to their jerseys or made new jerseys for the cause that they would later auction off to donate. Here are some of those FANTASTIC LOOKING jerseys.

We would LOVE to one year see the Colts do the same thing. Not only are we hopeful they will do this but we showed the initiative by putting together a couple simple concepts for them based off of their current jerseys. 

Here is a small adjustment to the current Home jersey. This one we just swapped out the red with pink. Simple, but really looks nice!

This one is a work on their away jersey. A lot more pink than the first one but also looks really nice.

One day we hope to bid on Colts jerseys knowing that the money can go to the cause, and who knows. The team could already have this as a plan! Until then, we will just wait here patiently.
